HMPCA Flash Updates (6/12/2015): A campaign against malaria and dengue fever has begun in Enma Almansoura (مدينة انماء المنصورة ) in Aden governorate

Wednesday (June 10th, 2015) marked the start of our intervention to combat the malaria and dengue fever epidemic in Aden governorate. The prevention consists: Indoor residual spraying, distributing insecticide-treated bed nets to the locals; and ensuring drugs for treatment of malaria and dengue fever are available.

The public health operation has begun in Enma AlMansoura district (see map ) and will continue until all districts in Aden governorate are reached.

• Aden Health Environment ( وصحة البيئة عدن)
• Malaria control project in Aden & Lahj (مكافحة الملاريا عدن ولحج)

بدأنا حملة مكافحة الملاريا والظنك والأوبئة ورش الحشرات ورش الذباب وتوزيع ناموسيات وتوزيع أدوية ملاريا ومكافحة الظنك. بمشاركة اللجنة الطبية الشعبية العليا و الهيئة الطبية الدولية Imc  وصندوق نظافة عدن وصحة البيئة عدن ومشروع مكافحة الملاريا عدن ولحج. بدأت الحملة يوم الأربعاء 10/6/2015 في مدينة انماء المنصورة عدن وستستمر لتشمل جميع احياء محافظة عدن. بدعم من مؤسسة سبل الخيرية ومنظمة الصحة العالمية ومنظمة الهجرة الدولية والهلال الأحمر القطري وحملة إنقاذ عدن .هذا انا اعتبره من اكبر الإنجازات للجنة خلال هذه المرحل.  أ.د عبد الناصر أحمد الوالي
