Thread Report on the Fact-Field for Fevers Accompanied By Dangerous Signs of Viruses
Introduction:
Has been confirmed an outbreak of dengue fever in the province of Aden through a ground visibility study we managed to collect samples from seven confirmed cases marked positive by the Public Health Laboratory of Sana’a.In the past few weeks we have received reports from various sources about unfamiliar signs of virus in some areas, especially in the city of Carter, Aden, some deterioration cases move quickly into shock or bleeding from various organs of the body and resulting to death in more than 50% of these cases, sparking concern in the health and public circles.
Objectives:
- Investigation of all cases in high risk regions for symptoms of infection signs.
- Investigation of all deaths due to infection by viruses unknown.
- Collect samples from various body fluids for prompt and accurate diagnosis.
Executing Activities:
A. Field visits to all important health sites that receive such cases where it was down to three hospitals of which are Awali Hospital, Al-Salaam Hospital and Al- Saber Hospital that have been investigating those cases of death from the area of Crater where samples were collected from nine cases.
B. It was agreed and directed these facilities to continue to provide us with data on deaths and collect samples of suspected cases with fever coming from Crater with dangerous signs for private and public preservation.
C. Search for any reliable sources to provide us with data on deaths in Crater area and collect samples of any cases in case definition has been communicating with the organization (Safe Youth) who carried humanitarian activities in Crater areas.
D. The samples of body fluids and forms processing investigate and the cases sampled in preparation to be sent to the competent examine for the discovery of pathogens through the World Health Organization authorities.

الموضوع: تقرير عن تقصي ميداني عن حميات مصحوبة بعلامات خطورة
مقدمة:
تم تأكيد انتشار وباء حمى الضنك في محافظة عدن من خلال تقصي ميداني عن الحالات وجمع عينات من سبع حالات تأكدت ايجابيتها من قبل مختبر الصحة العامة صنعاء.
في الأسابيع الماضية تلقينا بلاغات من مصادر مختلفة عن ضهور علامات غير مألوفة عند بعض الحالات وخاصة في مدينة كريتروأهمها تدهور الحالات بشكل سريع والدخول في صدمة أو نزيف من أعضاء مختلفة من الجسم ثم الوفاة لأكثر من 50% من هذه الحالات مما أثار قلق في الأوساط الصحية والعامة .
الأهداف:
- التقصي عن الحالات ذات العلامات الخطرة
- التقصي عن الوفيات نتيجة الاصابة بحميات
- جمع عينات من مختلف سوائل الجسم
النشاطات المنفذة:
النزول الميداني لأهم المواقع الصحية التي تستقبل مثل هذه الحالات حيث تم النزول الى ثلاثة مستشفيات هي م/الوالي ، م/السلام و م/صابر تم التقصي فيها عن حالتين وفاة من مدينة كريتر وتم جمع عينات من تسع عينات
تم توجيه هذه المرافق بالاستمرار في تزويدنا بالبيانات عن الوفيات وجمع العينات من الحالات المشتبه بالحمى مع علامات خطرة الوافدة من كريتر خاصة ومن المحافظة عامة
البحث عن أي مصادر موثوقة لتزويدنا ببيانات عن الوفيات في كريتر وجمع عينات من أي حالات ينطبق عليها تعريف الحالة وقد تم التواصل مع منظمة (Safe Youth) التي تقوم بنشاطات انسانية في كريتر
تم تجهيز عينات من سوائل الجسم واستمارات تقصي عن الحالات التي أخذت منها العينات استعدادا لإرسالها الى الجهات المختصة بفحص واكتشاف مسببات الأمراض عبر منظمة الصحة العالمية
